Why Frozen Noodles?

Fast and Easy Egg Noodle Instructions

Separate: Remove noodles from the bag and place slowly into 5-6 quarts of boiling water or broth and stir with a pasta fork to separate.

Note: We recommend thawing to help with separation, but you can also add them directly to the water, fully frozen.

Cook: Return to boil and cook for 12-15 minutes or to taste. If frozen, the noodles take a little longer to cook.

Eat: Drain and enjoy!

For the Best Noodles

Separate: Remove noodles from the bag and place slowly into 5-6 quarts of lightly salted boiling water or broth and stir with a pasta fork to separate.

Cook: Return to boil and cook for 7-10 minutes or until al dente.

Prep Sauce: In a separate pan, heat whatever sauce you want.

Drain: Drain the noodles and add them to the hot pan with one 3/4 cup of pasta water and whatever sauce you have prepped.

Finish: Add drained noodles to the sauce and add pasta water. Let the pasta water cook off.
