We admit, they can be hard to find sometimes and we don't control where grocery stores put them. But, they are always in the frozen aisle and usually in the frozen breads section. Often, they are on the lower or upper shelf and placed on their sides, so it can be a bit of a hunt.
Frozen egg noodles are just better in our humble opinion.
First, frozen egg noodles maintain the delicate, homemade texture that is often lost in the drying process, resulting in a more authentic, tender bite that closely mimics freshly made noodles.
Additionally, frozen noodles often retain more of their original flavor and nutritional value because they are preserved at their peak freshness, unlike fresh noodles that require preservatives and degrade in quality quickly over time.
This makes frozen egg noodles not only a practical option for busy lifestyles, but also a flavorful and nutritious one.
In essence, they combine the best qualities of fresh and dried noodles, offering the convenience of long-term storage without sacrificing the taste and texture of a homemade product.
Heck no! The reason we immediately freeze our noodles is for that exact reason: To keep any and all preservatives out of them.

Grandma’s Frozen Noodles should always be stored in the freezer. Why keep them in the deep freeze, you might ask? It maintains the protein-rich nutritional value we pack each and every noodle with and seals in that fresh-made taste our family — and yours! — adores.

Each and every day, our family at Grandma’s Frozen Noodles combines flour, whole eggs, water, and a few simple ingredients to craft small batches of our noodles.
Once the pasta dough is ready, we use the same Italian bronze extruder and machinery that our company has been putting to work since 1961 to form and cut our noodles.
When the pasta is shaped, we freeze it. That’s right! We freeze it to ensure none of the nutritional value from the whole ingredients we use or that fresh-made taste are lost from our facility to your dinner plate.
